• There are significant appearance defects (such as dents, paint damage, or interior issues) not mentioned or shown in the product listing.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 15 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will arrange inspection and pickup if applicable.

Important Notes

• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, without additional mileage or damage.

• Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account.

• Custom orders or modified vehicles may not qualify for returns unless there’s a verified fault.
