How to measure
Use either your body measurements or measure a favorite pair of shorts laid flat. When measuring garments laid flat, double flat measurements to get the circumference.
Measure your body
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your torso (or where you want the waistband to sit). Keep the tape comfortably snug.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks with feet together.
- Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam down to the hem of a pair of shorts you like to find your preferred length.
- Front rise: Measure from the crotch seam to the top of the front waistband — determines how high the shorts will sit on your waist.
- Thigh: Measure around the fullest part of your upper thigh.
Measure a garment (laid flat)
- Lay shorts flat on a smooth surface and smooth out wrinkles without stretching fabric.
- Waist (flat): Measure across the top edge from side seam to side seam; double that measurement for waist circumference.
- Hips (flat): Measure across at the widest point (usually just below the crotch seam); double for hip circumference.
- Inseam: Measure along the inside seam from crotch to hem.
- Front / Back rise: From the crotch seam to the top edge at center front and center back.
- Leg opening (flat): Measure across the hem and double to get the leg opening circumference.
- Note: Stretch fabrics can vary 1–3 cm in measurements; allow for preferred tightness when choosing size.
Materials
Wide waistband sports shorts are built for stretch, support and moisture management. Common fabric constructions include:
- Nylon (polyamide) + Elastane (spandex): Typical ratio ~78–82% nylon + 18–22% elastane. Smooth hand, excellent 4‑way stretch and recovery, quick‑drying and durable — ideal for compression fit and shape retention.
- Polyester + Elastane: Durable, colorfast and moisture‑wicking; often used for printed or patterned shorts.

Care guide (to keep it lovely longer)
- Machine wash cold or warm on a gentle cycle with similar colors.

- Use a mild detergent; avoid fabric softeners and bleach (softeners reduce wicking and elasticity).
- Air dry flat or hang dry out of direct sunlight. If needed, tumble dry low — avoid high heat to protect elastane and waistband elasticity.
- Do not iron directly on logos, silicone or reflective areas. If ironing is necessary, use low heat and press from the reverse side with protective cloth.
- Rinse promptly after exposure to chlorine or salt water.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
