Measure the garment laid flat on a hard, flat surface. Do not measure on the body. Use a flexible tape measure and record values in inches and centimeters.
- Waist: Measure straight across the top of the waistband from edge to edge. Multiply that number by 2 for the full waist circumference (e.g., 15" across = 30" waist).
- Hips: Measure across the fullest part of the seat (about 2–4" / 5–10 cm below the waistband). Multiply by 2 for circumference.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
