- Take a soft measuring tape and wrap it around the widest part of your head, just above your eyebrows and ears.
- Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight.
- Note the measurement in inches or centimeters. Our hat is designed to fit a head circumference of 21-23 inches (54-58 cm).

- Ties: Braided faux suede ties add a touch of rustic charm and allow for a secure, adjustable fit under the chin or tied up over the head.

- Spot Clean Recommended: For small spills, gently dab the area with a damp cloth and a mild soap.
- Hand Wash Only: If a full wash is needed, submerge the hat in cool water with a small amount of gentle detergent. Swirl gently and rinse thoroughly with cool water.
- Do Not Wring: Gently squeeze out excess water. Never twist or wring the hat, as this can damage the fibers.
- Air Dry: Lay the hat flat on a clean towel or hang it away from direct heat or sunlight. Once dry, you can gently fluff the faux fur with your fingers or a soft brush to restore its texture.
- Avoid Heat: Never use a machine dryer, iron, or hairdryer, as high heat can melt the fibers.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow Hipomarket 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- Hipomarket will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
