How to measure

Measure your body

• Bust: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest with your arms relaxed at your sides. Keep the tape level and parallel to the floor. Wear a light bra if you normally wear one.
• Waist: Measure at your natural waist — the narrowest point between ribcage and hips. Keep the tape comfortably snug, not tight.
• Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat with your feet together and the tape level.
• Torso length (important for rompers): From the high point of your shoulder at the base of your neck, measure down the front over the fullest part of the bust to the crotch (where the romper sits). This helps prevent pulling at the crotch and ensures comfortable mobility.
• Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam down to the bottom of the leg hem.
• Strap/shoulder: For spaghetti straps, measure from the front strap attachment, up and over the shoulder, to the back strap attachment (or measure shoulder width across your back).
