The sequin detail is delicate! To protect it and keep your sweatshirt looking fabulous, please follow these steps:
- Turn inside out before washing to protect the sequins.
- Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent is highly recommended.
- If machine washing is necessary, use a gentle/delicate cycle with cold water and place the garment in a mesh laundry bag.
- Do not tumble dry. Heat can damage or melt sequins.
- Lay flat to air dry away from direct sunlight.
- Do not bleach, soak, or use harsh chemicals.
- Do not iron directly on the sequin design. Iron on reverse at a low temperature if needed.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
