How to measure
To find the best fit, measure either the garment laid flat or your body. Use a soft tape measure and record in cm or inches.
Measuring the garment (flat-lay)
- Chest (pit to pit): Lay the sweatshirt flat. Measure straight across 1–2 cm below the armholes. Double this number for the full chest circumference.
- Shoulder width: Measure between the shoulder seams straight across the back.
- Body length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to the bottom hem.
- Sleeve length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff. If there is no visible shoulder seam, measure from the center back of the neck along the shoulder to the cuff and subtract the center-back-to-shoulder distance.
Measuring your body
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping tape level and comfortably snug.
- Arm length: With elbow slightly bent, measure from the center-back of the neck (base) to the wrist.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
