How to measure

Use a soft measuring tape. Measure over light clothing or underwear, stand straight with feet together and breathe normally. Record measurements in centimetres (cm) or inches (in). 1 in = 2.54 cm.

Body measurements (recommended)

• Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust/chest with the tape parallel to the floor.
• Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist (usually above the belly button).
• Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips — typically 18–20 cm (7–8 in) below the waist.
• High point shoulder (HPS) to hem: From the highest point of the shoulder (next to the neck) straight down to the hem — gives total dress length.
• Shoulder width (optional): From outer edge of one shoulder across the back to the other shoulder edge.

Garment (laid-flat) measurements — how we report sizes

• Bust (flat): Measure armpit-to-armpit across the front while the dress lies flat; double this number to get the garment circumference.
• Waist (flat): Measure the narrowest point flat and double for circumference.
• Hips (flat): Measure across the widest part (about 18–20 cm below waist) and double.
• Length: Measure from HPS (or shoulder seam) to hem while the dress is lying flat.
• Notes: Smooth the fabric gently (do not stretch) before measuring; ruching may change flat measurements — state whether measurements are taken with ruching smoothed or as-is.

Fit tip: If you are between sizes, consider fabric stretch and your preferred fit — for a snug bodycon look follow measurements closely; for a slightly looser fit choose the next size up.
