Measure your foot (recommended)
- Wear the socks you plan to use with the shoes. Place a sheet of paper on a hard, flat floor with one edge against a wall.
- Stand with your heel lightly touching the wall and your weight evenly distributed. Mark the tip of your longest toe on the paper.
- Measure the distance from the edge of the paper (heel line) to the mark in centimeters and inches. Repeat for the other foot and use the larger measurement.
- To measure width, wrap a tape measure around the widest part of the forefoot (the ball) and note the circumference.
- Compare your measurements to the brand size chart. If you are between sizes or will wear thicker socks, consider sizing up.

- Remove the insole and measure its length from heel to toe — this gives the most accurate comparison to your foot length.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
