How to measure for the perfect fit
Measure your foot
- Place a blank sheet of paper on a hard floor with one edge against the wall.
- Stand on the paper with your heel flush to the wall (wear the socks you plan to wear with the flats).
- Mark the longest point of your foot (big toe or second toe). Measure from the wall (heel) to that mark in centimeters and inches.
- Repeat for both feet and use the larger measurement.
- To measure width, mark the widest points at the ball of the foot and measure straight across.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
