How to measure
Measure your foot (to pick the right size)
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard, flat floor with one short edge against a wall.
- Stand with your heel lightly touching the wall and your full weight on the foot being measured. Wear the socks you plan to use with these shoes.
- Trace the outline of your foot with a pen held vertically. Mark the tip of the longest toe and the back of the heel.
- Measure the straight-line distance between the two marks (heel to longest toe). Record in centimetres (cm) and inches (in). 1 in = 2.54 cm.
- Measure both feet and use the larger measurement.
- Add about 0.5–1.0 cm (approximately 3/16"–3/8") of toe room for a comfortable fit in a low-profile flat; add more if you plan to wear thick socks.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
