Keep Them Lovely Longer
- Spot Cleaning: For minor scuffs and dirt, use a soft-bristled brush or cloth with a solution of mild soap and cool water. Gently scrub the affected areas.
- Laces: Remove the laces and hand wash them separately in a small bowl with a bit of detergent. Rinse thoroughly.
- Drying: Never put your shoes in a machine dryer or near direct heat. Stuff them with paper towels to absorb moisture and help them keep their shape, then let them air dry at room temperature.
- Freshness: To keep them smelling fresh, remove the insoles after wearing to let them air out. You can also sprinkle a small amount of baking soda inside.
- Machine Washing: We do not recommend machine washing, as it can compromise the integrity of the shoe's structure and adhesives.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
