How to measure

Use a soft measuring tape. Measure over bare skin or a thin layer of clothing and keep the tape level and snug (not tight). Record measurements in both cm and inches if possible.

Body measurements (recommended)

1. Chest / Bust: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits and across the shoulder blades. Keep tape level. (Example: 38" = 97 cm)
2. Shoulder width: Measure from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other, across the back where the shoulder seam would sit.
3. Sleeve length (center-back method): Measure from the center back at the base of the neck, across the shoulder to the wrist. This is the standard sleeve measurement for shirts.
4. Body length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (next to the collar seam) straight down to the hem.

Garment measurements (lay-flat)

1. Chest (flat): Lay the shirt flat and measure from one armpit seam to the other, then double that number to get full chest circumference.
2. Shoulder (flat): Measure seam-to-seam across the top of the back.
3. Sleeve (flat): Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
4. Length (flat): Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the hem.
