Proper care is essential to protect the delicate rhinestone design. Please follow these instructions:
- Wash: Turn the t-shirt inside out before washing. Hand washing in cold water is highly recommended. If using a machine, select the delicate cycle with cold water.
- Detergent: Use a mild, non-bleach detergent. Avoid fabric softeners as they can weaken the rhinestone adhesive.
- Dry: Lay flat or hang to air dry. Do NOT tumble dry, as the high heat can damage the rhinestones and the fabric.
- Iron: If needed, iron on the reverse side of the garment on a low heat setting. Never place a hot iron directly on the rhinestone design.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
