How to measure
For the most accurate fit, collect both body measurements and garment (flat) measurements. Use a flexible tape measure, stand naturally, and measure over light underwear or the garment you plan to wear underneath.
Body measurements (what your customer should take)
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your torso (usually above the belly button). Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat. Stand with feet together and keep tape level.
- Inseam: Measure from the top of the inner thigh (crotch) down to the desired hem/floor.
- Thigh: Measure around the fullest part of the thigh (about 5 cm / 2 in below the crotch).
- Total length: Measure from the high point of the waistband (top edge) down the outside seam to the hem.
Garment measurements (how we measure the pants flat)
- Waist (flat): Lay the pants on a flat surface, smooth but do not stretch. Measure across the top of the waistband from edge to edge and multiply by 2 to get the circumference. For elastic waist garments provide both relaxed and gently stretched measurements.
- Hip (flat): Measure 1–2 inches (2–5 cm) below the crotch seam across the widest part of the pant and multiply by 2.
- Front rise: Measure from the crotch seam to the top of the front waistband.
- Back rise: Measure from the crotch seam to the top of the back waistband.
- Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam along the inner leg to the hem.
- Thigh (flat): Measure across the leg 2 in (5 cm) below the crotch seam and multiply by 2.
- Hem width: Measure across the bottom opening of one leg and multiply by 2.
Fit guidance: These wide-leg pants are designed with ease through the hip and thigh. When comparing garment and body measurements, allow 2–6 in (5–15 cm) of hip ease depending on desired drape. If in doubt, choose the size closest to your hip measurement or size up for a more relaxed look.
Materials

- Viscose / Rayon (e.g., 100% viscose or viscose blends) — Soft, lightweight and very drapey; prints look vivid. May require gentle washing to avoid shrinkage or distortion.

- Elastic care: Avoid high heat on elastic waistbands (hot dryers or hot irons) to maintain elasticity over time. Do not dry clean elastics repeatedly.
- Spot cleaning & storage: Spot treat spills promptly with a mild detergent. Store folded or hung on a wide hanger; avoid overcrowding which can crease the fabric and distort prints.
