How to measure
Measure your body
Use a soft tape measure. Stand straight, breathe normally and wear light clothing or measure over underwear for accuracy.
- Bust / Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your bust/chest, keeping the tape level and comfortably snug.
- Waist: Measure around the natural waistline (the narrowest point of your torso).
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom—keep the tape level all the way around.
- Shoulder width: Measure from shoulder seam to shoulder seam across the back (or from the outer edge of one shoulder bone to the other).
- Sleeve length: With arm slightly bent, measure from the shoulder tip down to the wrist. Alternatively, measure from the center back of the neck to the wrist for full sleeve reference.
