- Place a piece of paper on a flat, hard surface.
- Stand with one foot on the paper. For the most accurate measurement, do this at the end of the day when your feet are slightly larger.
- Keeping your body weight over your foot, trace a thin line around the outside of your entire foot.
- Use a ruler to measure the distance from the very back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe.
- Repeat for the other foot, as it's common for feet to be slightly different sizes. Use the larger measurement to find your size in our chart.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
