Viscose is a delicate fabric that requires gentle care to maintain its shape, softness, and colour.
- Washing: Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. If you must use a machine, select the delicate cycle, use a mesh laundry bag, and choose a cold wash.
- Drying: Do not tumble dry, as high heat can cause shrinkage and damage the fibres. Gently squeeze out excess water (do not wring) and hang to air dry or lay flat away from direct sunlight.
- Ironing: Iron on a low heat setting while the dress is still slightly damp, preferably on the reverse side to prevent shine. A steamer is also an excellent and gentle option.
- Storage: Hang on a padded hanger to best maintain its shape.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
