To protect the delicate pearl embellishments and soft knit fabric, we recommend the following care:
- Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent is highly recommended.
- If machine washing, turn the garment inside out and place it in a mesh laundry bag. Use the delicate or hand-wash cycle with cold water.
- Do not bleach or tumble dry.
- Gently squeeze out excess water (do not wring) and lay flat on a clean, dry towel to air dry. Reshape whilst damp.
- If needed, use a steamer or cool iron on the reverse side, carefully avoiding direct contact with the pearls.
- Store folded rather than on a hanger to prevent the knit from stretching over time.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
