How to measure
To choose the best fit, measure your body and compare it to the product measurements (refer to the size chart). Use a soft tailor’s tape, stand straight, and keep the tape snug but not tight.
Measure your body
- Chest / Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest/bust, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
- Waist: Measure at the narrowest point of your torso (natural waist), where you naturally bend.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
- Shoulder width: Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other, across the back.
- Sleeve length: Measure from the top of the shoulder seam to the wrist. Some size charts show sleeve length from the center back of the neck — check which method the product uses.
- Back / Center length: Measure from the base of the neck (center back) down to where you want the hem to sit.
Tip: If you plan to wear thicker layers under your cardigan, add extra allowance. Conversions: 1 in = 2.54 cm.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
