How to measure

Choose one of the two methods below depending on whether you want to measure your body to find a size or measure a similar garment you already own for a direct comparison.

Body measurements (to choose a size)

1. Bust/Chest: Wear the bra you would normally workout in. Wrap a soft measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight. Record the measurement.
