How to measure

Measuring the garment (lay flat)

1. Waist — Lay the shorts flat, smooth the waistband. Measure straight across the top edge from one side to the other. Multiply that number by 2 to get the full waist circumference.

Measuring yourself (for best fit)

1. Waist — Measure around your natural waistline (narrowest part) while relaxed. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
2. Hips — Measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat with feet together.
3. Inseam — Measure from the top of your inner thigh to where you want the shorts to hit.
4. Thigh — Measure around the fullest part of your upper thigh.
5. Compare your body measurements to the garment measurements (flat × 2) and consult the brand size chart. If you are between sizes, choose the larger for more ease or the smaller for firmer compression.
