How to measure
Measure your body (to choose the right size)
Use a soft tape measure and wear a light, non-padded bra. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and relaxed—don't pull it too tight.
- Underbust / Band: Measure directly under your bust where the band sits. Breathe out and record the measurement in inches or cm. This is your band measurement.
- Full bust: Measure at the fullest part of your bust (usually across the nipples) with the tape level around your back.
- High bust (optional): Measure above the bust, under the arms. This can help when selecting a size if you are between sizes.
- Calculate cup: Subtract your band (underbust) measurement from your full-bust measurement. Each inch (≈2.5 cm) of difference typically equals one cup size: 1" = A, 2" = B, 3" = C, 4" = D, 5" = DD/E. Round to the nearest whole inch for the closest cup.
- Fit check: The band should sit snug and level across your back, straps should not dig in, and the center front should sit flat against your sternum without gaping.

- Cup width: Measure across the fullest point of one cup from the side seam to center front.
- Cup height / center front: Measure from the bottom of the band at center front up to the top of the cup.
- Strap width & length: Measure strap width where it attaches to the cup and total strap length from attachment to the back (adjustable length not included if trimmed).
- Allowance: Measurements may vary by 1–3 cm due to fabric stretch and manual measuring—use them as a guide.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
