How to measure
Use the steps below to measure your foot for the best fit and to understand the shoe's key dimensions.
Measure your foot (for sizing)
- Place a blank sheet of paper on a hard, flat floor. Stand on it wearing the socks you plan to wear with the shoes.
- Keeping weight evenly distributed, trace the outline of your foot with a pen held straight up and down.
- Mark the tip of the longest toe and the back of the heel. Measure the distance between these two points — that's your foot length. Record in both centimeters and inches.
- Measure foot width across the widest part (the ball of the foot) by drawing two points at the widest edges and measuring between them.
- Repeat for both feet and use the larger measurement when choosing a size.
- Compare your measurements to the brand's size chart. If you are between sizes, consider the shoe style: platform athletic styles often feel slightly snug across the forefoot — if in doubt, size up half a size.
