How to measure
Follow these simple steps to measure your foot and pick the best size for a comfortable fit.
Paper method (recommended)
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard, flat floor with one edge touching a wall.
- Stand on the paper with your heel lightly touching the wall and your weight distributed as when you walk.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel. Repeat for both feet.
- Measure the straight-line distance between the two marks in centimetres (cm) or inches. Use the larger foot measurement when choosing a size.
- Measure width by wrapping a soft tape measure around the widest part of the forefoot (ball area).
- Allow 0.5–1.0 cm (0.2–0.4 in) extra length for comfort. If you fall between sizes, choose the larger size.
Wall method (quick)
- Stand with your heel against a wall and measure from the wall to the tip of your longest toe using a ruler or tape measure.
- Record both feet and size for the larger foot.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
