How to measure

All garment measurements are taken with the shirt laid flat. To convert a flat measurement to a body circumference, double the flat measurement.

1. Chest (pit to pit): Button the shirt, lay flat and measure straight across 1 cm (½ in) below the armholes from one seam to the other. Double this number to get chest circumference.
2. Shoulder width: Measure straight across the back from one shoulder seam to the other.
3. Shirt length (HPS): Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (next to the collar seam) straight down to the bottom hem.
4. Sleeve length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve hem.
5. Hem width: Measure across the bottom hem and double for circumference.
6. Collar/neck: Measure the collar band laid flat and double, or measure around the inside of the collar for neck circumference.

Example: Flat chest = 52 cm (20.5 in) → Chest circumference ≈ 104 cm (41 in).

Tip: Allow 2–6 cm (1–2 in) of ease for a comfortable casual fit. If you prefer a slimmer or looser fit, size down or up respectively.

Breathable, soft and durable; holds prints well and is comfortable for everyday wear. Care: machine wash cold, tumble low or hang to dry, iron inside out on medium heat.
