How to measure

To choose the best fit, measure either your body or a similar-fitting tank. Use a soft tape measure and keep the tape level. (1 in = 2.54 cm)

Measure your body

1. Chest: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Breathe normally.
2. Shoulder width: Measure from the outer edge of one shoulder bone to the other across the back.
3. Torso length: From the high point of shoulder (HPS, where the shoulder meets the neck) down to where you want the hem to sit.
4. Waist: Measure around the natural waist (narrowest point).

Measure a garment (recommended for most accurate sizing)

1. Lay flat: Place the tank on a flat surface and smooth out wrinkles without stretching.
2. Chest (pit-to-pit): Measure straight across the front just below the armholes; multiply by 2 to get the full chest circumference.
3. Length (HPS to hem): Measure from the high point of shoulder next to the neck seam down to the hem.
4. Shoulder width: Measure seam-to-seam across the top of the shoulders.
5. Armhole & hem width: Measure the opening seam-to-seam and multiply by 2 for circumference.

Tip: Compare these measurements to the product size chart. If you are between sizes, choose based on desired fit—size down for a snug look, size up for a relaxed fit.
