Use the instructions below to measure the garment (recommended) or your body so you can choose the best size.
Measure the garment (lay flat)
- Chest (pit-to-pit): Lay the T‑shirt flat and smooth out wrinkles. Measure straight across the front from one armpit seam to the other. Multiply this number by 2 to get the full chest circumference. Example: pit-to-pit 51 cm → chest ≈102 cm (≈40").
- Body length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (where the shoulder meets the neckline) down to the bottom hem.
- Shoulder width: Measure across the back from one shoulder seam to the other, in a straight line.
- Sleeve length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
- Hem width: Measure across the bottom hem from side to side and multiply by 2 for the waist/hem circumference.
