How to measure

Use a soft/flexible tape measure. You can measure your body or an existing t‑shirt laid flat. Record measurements in inches and/or centimeters (1 in = 2.54 cm).

Measuring your body

1. Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and snug but not tight.
2. Shoulders: Measure across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam at the widest point.
3. Sleeve length: From the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve (for t‑shirts measure from seam to cuff).
4. Body length: From the high point of shoulder (HPS) where the shoulder meets the neck down to where you want the hem to sit.

1. Chest (armpit‑to‑armpit): Lay the tee flat and smooth. Measure straight across 1" (2.5 cm) below the armholes from seam to seam. Double that number for full chest circumference.
2. Shoulder width: Measure straight across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
3. Length (HPS to hem): Measure from the high point of shoulder next to the neckline down to the bottom hem.
4. Sleeve length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the sleeve hem.
5. Hem width: Measure across the bottom hem and double it for full circumference.
