For selecting your size (body measurements)
- Chest — Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Breathe normally when measuring.
- Waist — Measure around the natural waistline (the narrowest part) without sucking in.
- Hips — Measure around the fullest part of the hips with feet together.
- Shoulder width — Measure from the outer edge of one shoulder to the other across the back at the top of the shoulders.
