How to measure
To pick the best fit, measure either your body or a similar-fitting t-shirt you already own. Use a soft tape measure, keep the tape level and relaxed, and record measurements in inches or cm (1 in = 2.54 cm).
- Chest (Body): Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms, keeping the tape horizontal. For a comfortable regular fit allow 2–4 in (5–10 cm) of ease.
