How to measure

Accurate measurements help you pick the right size. Use a soft tape measure and a flat surface. Measure the garment when it is laid flat, and measure your body while standing straight with arms relaxed.

Measuring the garment (flat)

1. Chest (Body Width): Lay the T-shirt flat. Measure straight across the front 1–2 cm (½ inch) below the armholes from side seam to side seam. Multiply that number by 2 to get the full chest circumference. (Example: flat = 20" → full chest ≈ 40" / flat = 50 cm → full chest ≈ 100 cm.)
2. Length: Measure from the highest shoulder point (where the shoulder seam meets the neck) straight down to the bottom hem.
3. Shoulder Width: Measure seam-to-seam across the back from one shoulder seam to the other.
4. Sleeve Length: For half sleeves, measure from the shoulder seam to the sleeve hem.
5. Hem Width: Measure across the bottom hem flat and multiply by 2 for circumference.

Measuring your body

1. Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal and snug (not tight).
2. Shoulders: Measure from shoulder bone to shoulder bone across the back.
3. Neck: Measure around the base of the neck where a collar would sit.

Fit guidance: Compare your body measurements to the garment measurements. For a regular fit choose a garment chest equal to your chest measurement; for a relaxed fit allow 2–5 cm (1–2 in) extra; for a slim fit choose garment measurements very close to your body measurement. Note: 1 inch = 2.54 cm.
