How to measure

Measure your body

• Chest: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits and across your shoulder blades. Keep the tape level and comfortable.
• Waist: Measure around your natural waistline (the narrowest point), usually just above the navel.
• Hips: Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
• Sleeve length: Measure from the center back at the base of the neck, over the shoulder and down to the wrist with the arm slightly bent.
• Neck: Measure around the base of the neck where a collar would sit.

Measure a garment (recommended)

• Lay flat: Zip the sweatshirt, lay it on a flat surface and smooth out wrinkles without stretching the fabric.
• Chest (armpit to armpit): Measure straight across the front from one armpit seam to the other. Double this value for the chest circumference.
• Shoulder width: Measure from shoulder seam to shoulder seam across the back.
• Body length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (next to the collar seam) down to the hem.
• Sleeve length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
• Hem width: Measure across the bottom hem and double that measurement for circumference.
