How to measure

Use these steps to get accurate body or garment measurements. Compare your numbers to the product size chart before choosing a size.

Body measurements (recommended)

1. Wear a light layer. Stand naturally with arms relaxed at your sides.
2. Chest — Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits and across the shoulder blades. Keep the tape level and breathe normally. Record the measurement.
3. Waist — Measure around the narrowest part of your torso (usually above the belly button). Keep the tape snug but not tight.
4. Hips — Measure around the fullest part of your hips/buttocks with feet together.
5. Shoulder width — Measure from the outer edge of one shoulder (where the shoulder meets the arm) across the back to the outer edge of the other shoulder.
6. Sleeve length — For a full-sleeve reference, measure from the center back of the neck, over the shoulder, and down to the wrist. For short sleeves, measure from shoulder seam to sleeve hem.
7. Body length — Measure from the high point of the shoulder (next to the base of the neck) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

Tip: Keep the tape level, don't pull too tight, and record in inches or centimeters. 1 in = 2.54 cm.

Garment measurements (lay the T-shirt flat)

1. Lay the tee flat on a smooth surface and smooth out wrinkles without stretching the fabric.
2. Chest (pit to pit) — Measure across the front from one armpit seam to the other, about 1" (2.5 cm) below the armhole. Double this number for the chest circumference.
3. Shoulder — Measure across the back from one shoulder seam to the other.
4. Sleeve — Measure from the shoulder seam to the sleeve hem.
5. Length — Measure from the highest point of the shoulder at the neckline (HPS) straight down to the hem.
6. Hem width — Measure across the bottom hem.

Record garment measurements and compare them to your body measurements plus the desired ease (how loose you want the tee to fit).

Materials

Exact fabric composition can vary by style—always check the product label. Common fabrics used for men's plus-size striped round-neck t-shirts and what to expect:

• 100% Cotton (combed/Pima/organic) — Soft, breathable and comfortable for everyday wear. Natural feel, may shrink slightly if not pre-shrunk. Dries slower than synthetic fabrics.
• Cotton–Polyester blends (e.g., 60/40, 50/50) — Combines softness with improved durability, reduced shrinkage and faster drying. Resists wrinkles and keeps shape better than pure cotton.
• Polyester / Performance blends — Lightweight, quick-drying and colorfast. Often used for moisture-wicking tees; less prone to shrinkage but can feel less breathable than cotton.

Construction notes: single-jersey knit = classic lightweight tee; interlock or heavier jersey = more structure and opacity.

About the model

Photographs show a model for fit reference. Example reference used in imagery:

• Height: 6'1" (185 cm)
• Chest: 42" (107 cm)
• Wearing: 2XL (shown fit: relaxed, true-to-size)

Use the model reference together with your measurements and the size chart to choose your best size. If you prefer a roomier fit, consider selecting one size up.

Care guide (to keep it lovely longer)

• Turn the tee inside out before washing to protect stripes and prints.
• Machine wash cold with like colours (30°C / 86°F recommended). Use a gentle cycle.
• Use a mild detergent; avoid bleach and strong stain removers unless the care label allows it.
• Avoid fabric softeners on performance blends; they can reduce moisture-wicking ability.
• Tumble dry low or better yet, hang to dry to reduce shrinkage and preserve shape.
• Iron inside out at low to medium heat if needed; avoid direct heat on printed or decorated areas.
• Do not wring. For knits, fold rather than hang long-term to prevent shoulder stretching.
• Address stains promptly and follow label instructions for any special finishes.

Style tips

• Classic casual: pair the striped round-neck with slim dark jeans and white sneakers for an effortless everyday look.
• Smart-casual: layer under an unstructured blazer or a lightweight bomber and add chinos and leather loafers.
