How to measure

Measuring your body (to choose the right size)

1. Wear a thin layer (or the type of shirt you usually wear). Stand relaxed with your arms at your sides.
2. Chest: Wrap a soft tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep the tape level and comfortable — do not hold your breath. Record the measurement as the circumference.
