How to measure — get the right fit

Measure your body with a soft tape measure. Keep the tape level and snug but not tight. Record both inches and centimeters (1 in = 2.54 cm). If you have a well-fitting shirt, measuring it flat often gives the most reliable comparison to a size chart.

1. Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits and across the shoulder blades. For garment measurement, lay a shirt flat and measure across 1" (2.5 cm) below the armhole, then double that number for the chest circumference.
