How to measure

To choose the best size, measure your body or a similar-fitting T‑shirt. Use a soft tape measure, stand relaxed and breathe normally.

• Chest / Bust — Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits. For a garment (flat) measurement: lay the T‑shirt flat, measure straight across 1" (2.5 cm) below the armhole from seam to seam and multiply by 2.
• Shoulder width — Measure across the back from one shoulder seam to the other (edge to edge at the top).
• Sleeve length — From the top of the shoulder seam down to the end of the sleeve (for half-sleeve measure to mid-biceps).
• Body length — From the highest point on the shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to the hem.
• Hem width — Lay the bottom edge flat, measure straight across and multiply by 2.
