- Chest / Bust: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits and across the shoulder blades. Keep the tape level and not tight. (Record in inches or cm.)
- Waist: Measure at the narrowest point of your torso (natural waist) or where you usually wear your pants. Keep comfortable breath.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat with feet together.
- Shoulder width: Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other across the back where a shirt seam would sit.
- Sleeve length: Start at the shoulder seam point (or where you want the sleeve to begin), measure down over the outside of your arm to the wrist.
