To choose the right size, either measure a t-shirt you already own (recommended) or measure your body. Use a soft tape measure, lay the garment flat on a hard surface and record to the nearest 0.5 cm (1/4 in).
Garment (flat) measurements — how to measure the tee itself
- Chest (pit to pit): Lay the shirt flat, smooth out wrinkles. Measure straight across the front 1" (2.5 cm) below the armholes from seam to seam. Double that number to get the full chest circumference.
- Body length (HPS to hem): Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (where the shoulder seam meets the collar) straight down to the bottom hem.
- Shoulder width: Measure from one shoulder seam to the other, straight across the back.
- Sleeve length (short sleeve): Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
