How to measure

Use a soft tape measure and stand naturally. For best results, measure over lightweight clothing or measure a pair of shorts you already own. Keep the tape parallel to the floor for circumference measurements.

Measure your body (to choose a size)

1. Waist — Measure around the point where the shorts will sit (where the elastic band rests). Keep the tape snug but comfortable; do not suck in your stomach.
2. Hips — Measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat with feet together.
3. Thigh — Measure around the fullest part of the upper thigh.

3. Inseam — Measure from crotch seam to hem along the inside seam.
4. Leg opening — Measure across the hem and double for full circumference.
5. Thigh (flat) — Measure across the leg about 1–2" below the crotch seam and double.
