How to measure

Measuring the garment (laid flat)

• Waist: Lay the shorts flat with the waistband buttoned. Measure straight across the top edge from left to right. Double that number to get the full waist circumference.
• Hips: Lay flat and measure across the fullest part of the seat (about 1"–2" / 2.5–5 cm below the zipper seam). Double for full hip circumference.
• Thigh: Measure straight across the leg 1" (≈2.5 cm) below the crotch seam; double that number for the full thigh circumference.
• Front rise: Measure from the crotch seam straight up to the top of the front waistband.

• Outseam / Total length: Measure from the top of the waistband down the outer seam to the hem.

Measuring your body (for best fit)

• Waist: Measure around the point where you normally wear your shorts. Keep the tape comfortable and level.
• Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat while standing with your feet together.
• Thigh: Measure around the fullest part of your thigh while standing.
• Decide inseam preference: Think about how long you like your shorts to be (above knee, at knee). Compare to the product inseam measurement.

Tip: Use a flexible tape measure and measure twice. Record both inches and centimeters (1 in = 2.54 cm). When comparing garment and body measurements, allow 1–2 inches (2.5–5 cm) of ease for comfort unless you prefer a very snug fit.
