Follow these steps to choose the right size or to check a shirt you already own:
- Chest (most important): Measure around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep the tape level and snug but not tight. To measure a shirt flat: lay it flat, measure from armpit seam to armpit seam and double that number.
