How to measure
Use these steps to measure the shirt and to measure yourself so you can pick the right size. Always lay the shirt flat on a smooth surface and keep a flexible tape measure handy.
Garment measurements (how to measure the shirt)
- Chest (pit to pit): Button up, lay the shirt flat, measure straight across the chest about 2–3 cm (1") below the armholes from seam to seam. Multiply this number by 2 to get the full chest circumference.
- Shoulder width: Measure straight across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
- Sleeve length (short sleeve): Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.

Body measurements (how to measure yourself)
- Chest: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms, keeping the tape horizontal and snug but not tight.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline or where you normally wear your pants.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips while standing with feet together.
- Neck: Measure around the base of your neck for collar fit.
- Sleeve length: From the center back of your neck across the shoulder to where you want the sleeve to end (for short sleeves the shoulder-to-cuff is usually enough).
Conversion: 1 inch = 2.54 cm. Allow ~1–3 cm (0.5–1") for manufacturing tolerance and additional ease for comfort.
