- Chest (Flat garment): Lay cardigan flat, zip closed. Measure straight across 1–2 cm (about ½") below the armholes from side to side. Double that number to get full chest circumference.
- Chest (Body): Wrap tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across shoulder blades, keeping tape level.
