How to measure this t-shirt
All garment measurements below are taken with the t-shirt laid flat on a smooth surface. Use a soft tape measure and record in centimetres or inches. Allow a tolerance of 1–2 cm (0.5–1").
- Chest (pit-to-pit): Lay the shirt flat and measure straight across the front from one armpit seam to the other. Double this number to get the chest circumference.
- Body length (HPS to hem): Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (next to the collar seam) straight down to the bottom hem.
- Shoulder width: Measure across the back from seam-to-seam where the sleeve joins the shoulder.
- Sleeve length: For half sleeves, measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
- Hem width: Measure across the bottom edge of the shirt and double for the hem circumference.
To check fit against your body: measure a favourite t-shirt you already own laid flat and compare the same points above. For body measurements, measure chest circumference around the fullest point while keeping the tape level and snug (not tight).

- Do not soak for extended periods. Rinse promptly after stain treatment.
- Air dry flat or hang in the shade. If using a tumble dryer, use a low setting only.
- Iron inside out on low–medium heat and never iron directly over the print.
- Do not dry clean.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow Hipomarket 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- Hipomarket will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
