How to measure

To pick the right size and confirm fit, measure either the garment laid flat or your body. Use a soft measuring tape and keep it level and relaxed (not pulled tight).

Measure the garment (laid flat)

1. Chest: Lay the t-shirt flat. Measure straight across 1 inch (≈2.5 cm) below the armholes from side seam to side seam. Multiply that number by 2 for full chest circumference.
2. Shoulder: Measure from one shoulder seam to the other across the back.
3. Body length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (next to the collar seam) straight down to the bottom hem.
4. Sleeve length: For half sleeves, measure from the shoulder seam to the sleeve end.
5. Hem: Measure straight across the bottom hem and multiply by 2 for circumference.

Measure your body

1. Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep the tape level and comfortable.
2. Shoulder width: Measure across your back from shoulder point to shoulder point.
3. Preferred length: Measure from the high point of your shoulder down to where you want the hem to sit.
4. Sleeve preference: For sleeve fit, measure from the shoulder point to where you want the sleeve to end (mid-bicep for a typical half sleeve).

Compare body measurements with garment measurements and allow about 2–4 cm (0.75–1.5 in) of ease for comfortable movement. Typical manufacturing tolerance is ±1–2 cm. Conversion: 1 in = 2.54 cm.

Materials & fabric information

• 100% Cotton (ringspun/combed) — Soft, breathable, comfortable; prints look vivid. May shrink slightly unless pre-shrunk.
• Cotton/Polyester blends (e.g., 60/40, 65/35) — More durable, less shrinkage and wrinkling, retains shape and color longer; slightly less breathable than pure cotton.
• Tri-blend (cotton/polyester/rayon or modal) — Very soft with a drapey, vintage feel; prints can look softened or "worn-in."
• 100% Polyester — Lightweight, quick-drying and moisture-wicking; used for performance tees and some all-over prints.

Print methods: screen printing (durable), DTG — direct-to-garment (high detail), heat transfer (versatile). Fabric weight (GSM): casual tees are often midweight (approx. 150–200 gsm); heavier tees exceed 200 gsm.
