How to measure

Use a soft/flexible measuring tape. You can measure your body or a well-fitting T‑shirt laid flat. Stand relaxed when taking body measurements and do not pull the tape tight.

1. Chest (body) — Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest (across the nipple line), under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep the tape level and relaxed.
2. Chest (garment / pit‑to‑pit) — Lay the T‑shirt flat and smooth it. Measure straight across from one armpit seam to the other (about 1 cm below the sleeve seam). Double that number to get the garment chest circumference.
3. Length — From the highest shoulder point (where the shoulder seam meets the collar) straight down to the hem.
4. Shoulder width — Measure straight across the back from one shoulder seam to the other.
5. Sleeve length (half sleeve) — From the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve; for mid‑bicep measurement, measure to the desired sleeve end point.
6. Hem width — Measure across the bottom hem and double it for circumference.
7. Neck opening (optional) — Measure across the neck opening and double to check collar fit.

Conversion quick help: 1 in = 2.54 cm. To convert cm → in ÷ 2.54; in → cm × 2.54. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or down for a closer fit. Allow about 2–4 cm (0.8–1.6 in) extra in chest for comfortable movement. Cotton garments can shrink slightly (typically 1–3%) unless pre‑shrunk.
