How to measure

Use a soft measuring tape and measure over light clothing. Record measurements in inches or centimeters (1 in = 2.54 cm). There are two reliable methods: measure your body or measure a similar-fitting t-shirt laid flat.

Measuring your body

• Chest: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits and across the shoulder blades. Keep the tape level and relaxed.

Measuring a garment (flat)

• Chest (flat): Lay the tee flat, smooth out wrinkles. Measure straight across about 1" (2–3 cm) below the armhole from one side seam to the other, then double that number for the full chest circumference.
• Length: From the high point of shoulder (next to the neck seam) straight down to the hem.
• Shoulder: Measure from seam to seam across the back at the top of the shoulders.
• Sleeve: From shoulder seam to sleeve hem for accurate short-sleeve length.
• Tip: Compare these flat measurements to a t-shirt you already own for the most accurate fit reference.
