- Machine Wash (Alternative): If necessary, wash the jacket (without fur) on a cold, gentle cycle with similar colors. Zip it up completely to protect hardware.
- Drying: Do NOT tumble dry. Hang the jacket to air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight or heat.
- Fur Care: The fur trim can be gently spot-cleaned. Once dry, use a soft-bristle brush to fluff the fibers and restore volume.
- Important: Do not bleach. Do not iron.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
