How to measure

Use these steps to measure either the shorts themselves (recommended when comparing to a size chart) or your body (to choose the best size).

Measuring the product (lay-flat)

1. Lay the shorts flat on a hard, even surface and smooth out wrinkles. Do not stretch elastic while measuring unless instructed.

9. Record measurements in both inches and centimeters and round to the nearest 1/4" or 0.5 cm for consistency.

Measuring your body (to match a size)

1. Waist: Measure around where you wear your shorts (natural waist or low waist) with the tape snug but not tight.
2. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat with feet together.
3. Inseam: Measure from the top of your inner thigh (crotch) to where you want the shorts to end.
4. Compare: Match your body measurements to the product’s lay-flat measurements or size chart. If you fall between sizes, choose up for a relaxed fit or down for a closer, performance-oriented fit.
